Aecus Legal is established its Corporate Advisory practice group in 2015 as many of our clients ncreasingly turned to us for advice on drafting of contracts, agreements and on other corporate transactions. We have since acquired capabilities to represent and assist our clients with purely corporate advisory work such as drafting and registration of contracts and agreements including employee agreements, service contracts, shareholder agreements, complex mergers and acquisitions, registration and winding up of companies under the new Companies Act, 2013, among other corporate contracts.
