The firm has a sizeable practice representing businesses and individuals in cases involving land use issues, including easements and land registrations, in disputes against local governments. The firm also advises certain arms of the state governments engaged in land allotments and use and in appellate litigation involving land acquisition laws, rent control laws and tenancy laws.
