MR. ABHISHEK BAKSHI

Mr. Abhishek Bakshi is a practicing advocate having a vast experience in litigation and primarily specialises in matters pertaining to Criminal Law and various facets of Civil Law. He exhibits expertise in handling cases arising out of Matrimonial Disputes and Family Law. He has handled criminal cases arising out of various provisions of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Arms Act 1959.

Due to his diverse experience in the legal field, he has provided legal opinions to various Embassies and has also represented several foreign nationals within the jurisdiction of India. He also has sound knowledge of Drafting and vetting of Petitions, contracts, legal notices.

Prior to being associated with Aecus Legal, he has worked in the office of Mr. H.R. Khan Suhel (Former Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttar Pradesh, Supreme Court of India) as an Associate Advocate for several years, wherein, he had gained vast experience under his guidance and had assisted his office in numerous cases.
