MR. SAMAR KHAN

Mr. Samar Khan is a practicing Advocate. He holds a vast experience in litigation and primarily specialises in matters related to Criminal Law and Civil Law and has also handled various Arbitration matters independently. He has a wide range of experience of litigation in Indian courts, including before the High Court at Delhi, the District Courts, and other Tribunals at Delhi. His areas of practice include cases related to Anti-Corruption (Prevention of Corruption Act Cases), Sexual Harassment, Matrimonial Disputes, Negotiable Instrument Act, Cheating and Criminal Breach of Trust, offences related to passport & immigration, Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, adultery & bigamy, contempt of courts, Recovery Suits. He also provides legal opinions to the Embassy of Czech Republic and Embassy of Slovakia and he has also represented various foreign nationals within the jurisdiction of India.

Samar has done his schooling from Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, New Delhi and is a graduate from Amity Law School, IP University from where he obtained degree in law in the batch 2007-12. Thereafter, in the year 2012 he was admitted with the Bar Council of Delhi and got enrolled as an Advocate. Upon joining the Legal Profession Samar joined the office Mr. H.R. Khan Suhel (Former Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttar Pradesh, Supreme Court of India) as an Associate Advocate and he has been associated with his office since 2012.
