MR. YAGYESH KUMAR

Mr. Yagyesh Kumar, a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, is a practicing advocate and has about Two (2) years of experience in various legal domains. His experience includes consumer law, service law, administrative law and real estate matters as well as relating to family and personal laws etc. He exhibits a keen interest in matters pertaining to contracts and specific relief, family and personal laws along with Arbitration and Dispute resolution. He also exhibits thorough knowledge of Drafting and vetting of Petitions, contracts, legal notices. He litigation experience spans Indian courts, including, the Supreme Court, High Court at Delhi, the District Courts, Consumer Courts and various other Tribunals at Delhi.

Yagyesh has also worked in the Armed Force Tribunal, Delhi, dealing with matters pertaining to Pensions, Disability Pension, Court Martial etc. and is well aware of the functioning of the AFT. Prior to being associated with Aecus Legal, Yagyesh was an associate to Mr. Ajesh Luthra, Advocate, a prominent practitioner in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench in Delhi. During his time with Mr. Luthra, Yagyesh gained experience in various service law matters and contributed to drafting original applications, contempt petitions, and other legal documents. Yagyesh has assisted Mr. Luthra in multiple cases, one notable case being of Sameer Dnyandev Wankhede vs. Narcotics Control Bureau.
